BASIC DIAGNOSTIC – $19.99
30 minute check of basic hardware components which includes a system analysis to identify any hardware failure or conflicts. If additional work is required to fix the situation then the diagnostic fee is usually applied to the total cost of the repair.
COMPONENT INSTALLATION – $49.99 per part
Installation services for the following components: RAM, WIRELESS PCI CARD, MODEM, PCI USB CARD. HARD DRIVE (NO O.S.), POWER SUPPLIES, or VIDEO CARD. Does not include Motherboards or other customer installations not described. Motherboard install without operating system $89.99.
STANDARD HOURLY RATE – $69.99 per HR
Standard flat rate labor charge for basic labor. This charge does not apply if regular service is performed. Does not include parts.
PC TUNE UP – $49.99
We will improve the performance of your system by removing unwanted demo versions of software, cleaning the system registry, and removing unnecessary programs from the starup that may slow down the system. In addition we will download and update all virus software and windows security updates.
OPERATING SYSTEM REPAIR / RE-INSTALLTION – $109.99
Perform a re-installtion or repair to the operating system file structure to correct startup problems. All information on the PC should be backed up prior to having this service performed. The owner mus have an official licensed version or verification key of the operating system software. We cannot use hand-written or backup copies to reinstall your operating system. If a backup needs to be performed additional charges will apply.
VIRUS / SPYWARE REMOVAL SERVICE (Includes Antivirus Software)- $199.99
Complete removal of spyware and viruses from the system while preserving existing files. Cleanup of the sytem registry and installation of all windows security updates. Service includes a 1-Year licensed version of Bitdefender Antivirus Software.
DATA TRANSFER OR DATA BACKUP – $69.99 first 30GB / $69.99 each additional HR
Complete backup and or transfer of up to 30GB of data from one PC to another PC, external drive, CD/DVD drive, USB device, or external media. This service is performed FREE of charge when you purchase a new PC from GAMEBREAKERZ.
LAPTOP SCREEN REPLACEMENT (LABOR ONLY) – $99.99
Replacement of cracked / damaged LCD panel. Screens are special order and must be shipped. Screen prices will vary based on manufacturer, size, and type.
WIRELESS NETWORK INSTALLATION (UP TO 3 DEVICES) – $129.99
Setup, install, and secure your rotuer and your network. Establish internet connectivity of 1 connected device and 2 wireless devices. Enable devices to share the internet, files, printers, and other media (photos, videos, music, etc.) Setup firewall rules and security for all connected devices.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION / SETUP – $29.99 per title
Determine computer compatibility for the installation or repair and configuration of 1 software title. Download / installation of all necessary software updates. Creation of desktop, start menu, and shortcuts. Customer must provide an original licensed version of the software being installed. No backup copies or hand written registration keys will be accepted. Excludes operating systems, databases, and or other extenstive installtions.
All onsite services will be charged a minimum of $69.99 for trip charge. Additional mileage charges may apply if outside of a 25 mile service radius.
